I submit more than one Purchase Request?
In the case of new cars, we ask that you submit a request for the
vehicles you wish to purchase. If you are considering multiple vehicles
then multiple Purchase Request are encouraged.
They are available at no charge to you.
Because the AutoBySite.com Pre-Owned classifieds inventory changes
daily, we understand that you may need to submit multiple pre-owned
Car Purchase Requests. (Though we make every effort to update the
database in a timely manner, there may be some instances when you've
selected a vehicle that is no longer in stock. In that case, the
certified AutoBySite.com Dealer will advise you of its unavailability.)

AutoBySite.com respects your busy schedule and appreciates your
business. If you haven't heard from an AutoBySite.com Accredited

that includes your name as well as the location and make of

When can
I expect to receive title for my new vehicle?
The laws and procedures of the state where the vehicle is sold govern
the time it takes to receive your title. Generally a selling dealer
will either complete the title and registration process for you
and provide you with a temporary registration or will provide you
with the documentation necessary to transfer title at your local
department of Motor Vehicles. It is not uncommon for this process
to take up to 90 days. Pre-Owned vehicles and titles being transferred
from out of state may take a bit longer. If you are concerned that
your title and registration are taking too much time to complete,
you are encouraged to contact the selling dealership's title and
registration department for a status update.

The pre-owned
vehicle I wanted has been sold, what can I do?
AutoBySite.com's staff works closely with Accredited dealerships
to insure as complete and fresh an inventory of Certified Pre-Owned
Vehicles as we possibly can. Though we have tens of thousands of
vehicles listed for sale at any given time, this is no match for
the sheer size of the Internet market. We receive over 1 million
inquiries for pre-owned vehicles alone each month! Often times a
vehicle is sold within hours of being posted in the Classifieds.
If your vehicle is unavailable, try again. Chances are additional
vehicles have been added which may meet your needs. If you are willing
to travel, you have the option of expanding your search area hundreds
if not thousands of miles. Your dream car may be just over the horizon.
Many of our Accredited dealers can arrange alternative delivery
options and other accommodations, which may make the additional
distance seem like only a minor inconvenience.
